Not Enough USB Resources? HELP

Today I finished installing my network in my house (yay for 50Mb down :) ) but was greeted with that message when I turned on my PC:
Not Enough USB Resources.

It seems to be something with USB 2 as it happens when I plug somethig in the front ports.

I have a 1100t and a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5.

The strange thing is that I have less things pluged in, 2 to be precise than before, and now it doesn't work.

Any ideas? THANKS!!
