I've had my G502 for a while now and used LGS since I got it, but it never started with Windows.
I have everything that should be set up to make it work set up (ticked the check mark on the software, made sure it's enabled on both TuneUp that I use and on the Startup tab in task manager) and even tried making a task for it to start in the task scheduler but nothing works. I've also went and edited the settings.json file and changed the main app autostart to true, but nothing works.
Any help?
Using Win8.1 Pro 64bit

I had this problem. Reinstalling fixed it for me.

Tried before, didn't work.

Tried again now, still doesn't work.

Could it have something to do with the fact that I've set it to start as Admin?

Otherwise starting it any other way I can't get it to recognize my mouse.

Hi,

If you are running Windows 7 64 bit, I recommend you do the following.

Go to the following directory in your computer (you will have to enable hidden files view).

C:\Users\REPLACE WITH YOUR USERNAmE\AppData\Local\Logitech\Gaming Software

In the folder above you may found several xml files. Move them to a temporary folder (I recommend you do the same). Then you wont have any problem starting the program again.  Then import the backups of your profiles..

I am not sure if this will solve things for a long time or not, but it appears to have fixed the issue for now.  I am assuming that one of the xml files became corrupt through a windows glitch of some sort.

I hope this helps any of you!

I don't understand?

Am I supposed to remove the profile XMLs or the other XML file?

And then what? Re-install or just re-start the program?

Remove them temporarily (move into another folder) then when it is fixed put them back (import them). That is what I think he is saying.

Tried that, did nothing.

Does this happen with any other apps?

Nope.

Also - I stated I use Win8.1 pro.... "If you are running Windows 7 64 bit"

Can you at least state where you took this from?
