Hp p71226s, any way to overclock it?

Of course.

Personally, I've always had AMD CPU's, so those are the chips I know how to overclock. But for Intel chips, you just need to download Intel's overclocking utility. Due to your PC being a HP and a pre-built, you won't be able to overclock via the Bios (the best way). But you should be fine with Intel's overclocking utility.

Most likely, you only have a modest CPU cooler, and the motherboard HP have put in your system won't be ideal for overclocking, so make sure you take it very steady. Only increase your MHZ by very small increments, otherwise you'll end up doing a lot of damage to your system, and potentially permanently destroying it.

Ah, yeah. I forgot that you need a K part Intel to overclock.

But, try disabling Turbo Boost. That may enable manual overclocking.

But to be honest, mate, it looks like you probably won't be able to do it. But I'm not too knowledgeable on Oc'ing Intel, so I can't be totally sure.
