Computer crash windows 7

Does the computer just all of a sudden turn off, or does it close your game then do the shutdown process that Windows does?

My PC Specs

Right so yesterday i built my pc everything went smoothly. I have installed a few games but on each game after 5 minutes or so it restarts my pc .can anybody help?

 

Can we have a lot more details?

Specs etc.

Also what are you temps, are you overclocking...

Also did you use motherboard standoffs? Is it shorting? 

What is you power supply?
