Weird performance sometimes in Skyrim.

So guys idk what's going on right now with my pc about 3 weeks ago I updated my drivers for my gpu, installed some mods for skyrI'm off the nexus and now sometimes if I let my pc go into sleep mode and come back to play skyrim I have dramatic frame drop. I'll go from 60 fps when I stop playing to 25-35 when I bring it out of sleep mode In the same areas. I've checked my cpu usage, gpu usage and vram usage and they all seem fine. All four of my cpu cores are usually around 60 to 70% usage, my gpu is in the 90%+ range as normal. And my vram usage is around 700 to 800 mb and I have a 660 so not even using half of my availabe vram. So I restart my computer start everything up and it's back to normal fps. It's just strange to me and can't seem to see what's causing the issue. Do you have any idea on why it's doing this.

cooer master haf xb evo with corsair AF 120's( so air flow isn't a problem).

Check your GPU and CPU clockspeeds after waking while playing Skyrim. I'll bet something is not clocking up.
