Need help installing inf files

So I have been having trouble with my monitors but that isn't the problem here.

I cannot install this inf file. I used a program that makes a inf file for my monitor to install. People have used it and it works so I don't know. Now it doesn't even let me select it really. When I click it, I get a Windows noise. The dinging one. Not the error one.bDoes that make any sense? I tried it on other drivers and same thing....If I right click to install I get an error. I disabled signed drivers and still nothing. Windows 7
