Corsair K40 Software Problems

Hi guys,

 

I've just picked up a K40, (yes i know not mechanical don't hate but i like it)  

 

when trying to install the RGB software its not picking up that i have the keyboard plugged in so it wont let me finish the install, and yes it is plugged in ive been using it for a week 

 

anyone had this problem or know what i can do?

oh, I was going to pick this up too, have you tried it in another PC?

Hmmm.. try updating your USB drivers or plug the keyboard into a USB 2.0 port

and yeah its a good keyboard for the price, i git it for £18 on staff discount at work aha
