The Pixart 3310 sensor is on the list of perfect sensors. The Corsair M45 is built for claw grip users. If you want a palm grip mouse that uses the same sensor, then check out the Mionix Naos 7000. Stay away from Razer and Steelseries

Yeah i have a major dislike for razer products , Im pretty vers when it comes to grips, thing is i need red leds on my mouse to fit in with the build scheme and that mionix is 25 pounds more expensive, so providing the m45 is a good mouse with a good sensor im gonna go with that
