Where do you live and what do you want to accomplish with the build? Also, how much money are you willing to dump on it?

We can better help you if we have an answer to those questions.

Gaming primarily, I live in the UK and around 580 Pounds.

Will that build run well on modern games? Are there any parts I can swap out for a cheaper and more efficient alternative?

Thanks :)

Thanks! What would this be able to run gaming wise?

Pretty much any game you want. You should achieve 50~60ish FPS on high on those super demanding games, as well as ultra on non top tiers. For such low price, it's a total beast of a rig.

@Hoix, your build is the best one so far. All compatible and will provide decent gaming.

If the budget allows, adding an ssd (120GB+) would improve browsing and general work. It would also speed up boot and load times. Makes for a much more responsive system. (Will not make a significant difference in gaming.)

You might also consider going with an mATX case, rather than the ATX Zalman. That or go with the ATX motherboard like the ASRock H97 PRO4. The difference is simply in size (and number of expansion slots). The mATX board will fit in the case but will look a little small.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

A smaller case doesn't really appeal to me and I can't find a seller on Amazon UK who deliveres the Pro version of the motherboard to where I live...

Since it's all compatible i'll go with my current build I think... I mean with a smaller motherboard and a bigger case i'll have more room to build it and i'll also be able to put bigger parts in that case in the future i'm guessing. (I'm not the brightest at computer building so i'm not sure if what i'm saying is correct xD)
