For that laptop, there is no guide on it, and I bet it wouldn't run as stable as you'd think. Just getting the drivers alone to work is a pain. You are gonna be fiddling with making the OS work longer than you will use it.

Just want the basics of the operating system not fully working i'd understand but at least like wifi, graphics, hdmi, gigabit ethernet, and the shut down and power on of course usb ports is a must

Getting it to boot up can be an issue

Wifi almost never works unless its a non Intel Wifi chip

Graphics drivers are hard to come by, most work from Intel

Internet drivers are a bit sketch esp if you don't even know what it is 

USB ports also have driver issues sometimes.

 

Main line, mac OSX isn't meant to be put on various computers of different types of hardware. Try Linux.
