So i am sharing my playlist with a friend

thiers 150+songs 

but from the link google gives  hes sees about 54?

I only see 53. Perhaps they aren't fully uploaded by you?

Yeah I didn't full read your post derp. Seems super weird then. Maybe the songs have to be on the google play music service itself to be able to be played.

i had just edited not you xD

i checked thier all on if not at least more than 50 LOL

Dunno then, all out of ideas to what could be causing it. You could try and make another play list perhaps and see if it does it again?

I've had issues ever since I put a lot of my library in there. Do you have more than 15k songs on there? That's when mine started being weird.
