R9 280/7950 backplate?

Hey guys, I have a gigabyte windforce R9 280 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-AMD-280-Graphics-Card/dp/B00IYD0HYO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1424618416&sr=8-1&keywords=gigabyte+280) And I want some sort of backplate purely for aesthetics. I have seen an EK one but not sure it's compatible.

I have once gone on a hunt for a backplate for my 280x. The only one i could find was the Ek one which only

worked on their water block. I gave up in the end.

Where are you from? There's a small modding company in europe, called coldzero.eu They have tons of backplates for different graphics cards, including even MSI, Asus or Gigabyte cards, not just reference boards. Now, i haven't found a backplate specific for the R9 280X Windforce 3X, but you can write them an email and ask if they have ones that are compatible with your card.

if they don't have one, they can also make a custom one if you ask niceley. However that's a bit more expensive.

The EK backplates are only useable with a waterblock. I once found a website that had backplates for all sorts of different video cards even with different logos but i cant find it anymore.
