Need a macro program

Need a macro program that would work with any keyboard.  

 

Also would like a macro program that could macro Xbox controls to a KB Key in sequence

 

An example of macros I wan't to use if it helps. 

 

/target <t>

/wait 1

/autoattack

/ac "Protect" <self>

I don't know of any program that does this, but this: http://www.adafruit.com/product/1625can be easily programmed to perform macros with both mouse movement and keystrokes (not sure about xbox though; could probably find someone that has written code for that).  Works on all OS's and isn't too expensive; can only run one one macro at a time though and looks rather ghetto...

Yeah I was kinda wanting a software option purely. This would be used for programs like txt and video editing or some MMOs ware the F keys aren't used really.
