High Ping

Hello

About 2 weeks ago , my ping is always high but my download speed is the same,

is there any reason why is this happening ?

 

Usually : Downloading Torrent 600kb /s and Playing Game 50-60 Ping + Stable

Now     :  Downloading Torrent 600kb s and Playing Game 80-120 Ping + Unstable (very jumpy)

 

I asked my ISP , they said just to reset the modem -.-

 

I Already tried flushing my dns

 

and in ping test or speed test , my ping is always good , but in games always jumpy , sometimes good , a few seconds later , it can reach 90ping

 

is there anything i can change ?

and which one of this to check or uncheck?
