Hey guys!

So, I have this Question, I have these 2 generic PSU, and I'm having real troubles trying to understand what's happening to them. They hadn't been in use for almost a year, but now I think I found a great use to them, thing is I'm trying to power them up outside the case (pin between the Green and black cables), and it turns out that the fans will begin to spin but after... 1/10 of a second they just stop, and it's the same problem with both o them... So I'm guessing it's not their trouble but something I'm doing wrong. The capacitors are all just fine, at least when you look at them they are no burnt, and there is no leak, resistances are fine also...

It seems as if the current is going through the entire board and stuff but just for a bit, then it powers off itself...

(Just to clear things up, I don't want a new PSU, they are part of a crazy project I'm working on, and I want to use them so I don't have them hanging around)

Thanks in advance!!

P.S. for those of you wondering the Fuse is ok, in both of them
