google keep problem

hi there 

this is probably just a dumb question but never the less i am having it..... 

when i use google keep on my android phone with my gmail account i can make reminders but when i try to use google keep on the web with the same account none of my notes and reminders pop up and i have to make separate ones for that, is there any way that i can have them both sync up to each other or have i notr enabled something that i should of if you can help me out that would be great.
