I am not sure why you need to sign up for CloudFlare in order to fix your mail services, unless your host does not provide DNS services with the package. Regardless, here are some tips on filling in the details:

An A record is used to resolve a domain name to an IPv4 address. You do not need to fill in the full name (ie, you can just type in www instead of www.number1.link).

An AAAA record is the same, but for IPv6 address.

A CNAME record is an alias. It does not necessarily have to point to the same domain name.

An MX record allows you to specify one or more addresses (can be domain names, but if you refer to anything under your domain name, you must have an A or CNAME record for it) as well as a priority number associated with that number. The lower the number, the higher the priority.

For all entries above, you can safely leave the TTL as automatic.

As for specific details on how to fill it in, unfortunately, you must ask your host. Only they know the answers to the questions, or can be found within their knowledge base, or can be found within your account, if they are unique only to you.

Once you have completed this step, you will need to go to your domain registrar (NameCheap) to change the NS records to point to whatever CloudFlare assigns you (usually two records in the form of [some human name].ns.cloudflare.com).
