OBS, Picture black screen?

If I got something fullscreen like minecraft, and windows photo viewer on my other screen. My photo viewer will be black than.

It happends when I go fullscreen on somewhere.

dont go full screen? ... to be honest.... i dont know

Sorry but your text is bit hard to understand. You have two screens and both have stuff you need to be shown on OBS? Usually OBS input goes black when window/game its supposed to capture is inactive or put to background. You need to use Window capture for anything that isn't game. Or use Display capture and select region you need.
