Any watercooling is better than stock, but be sure to cool the VRM and RAM also.

so 120 think rad will be enough to water cooling singe gtx 780?

sure it would be enought. but u wont be able to let the fan run on low RPM wlie under load

I'd suggest getting a noctua fan so you have really good static pressure because you're gonna need it.

Also, do you have anything against running an external radiator? You might be better off strapping a nice 360mm to the back of the case so you can WC the CPU and 780. No point spending the money to do WC and have to have your fans running high while gaming. To me that just makes WC completely pointless if its as loud as running on air.
