Computer Crashing..

I recently re installed windows and even before i re-installed id get crashes every now and then. But now i crash every 10 minutes. Windows says the problem is Blue Screen. But when i click find out or whatever nothing happens. I'm am very confused because this has happened like 5 times in 30 minutes. Also it makes a ERRRRR sound when it crashes. Please someone help.

i5 4690k 

Msi Z-87 (forgot the numbers/letters) 

8GB of HyperX ram

500w EVGA powersupply 

MSI GTX 970

Also it always says failure configuring windows updates... After it shuts down.

Also it doesnt give me an error code.
