Change of Plans, My friend wants a gaming laptop.

Were thinking of getting this: http://www.amazon.com/GE70-Pro-012-i7-4700HQ-7200rpm-Computer/dp/B00J9GQMJE/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1424048958&sr=1-5&keywords=ssd+gaming+laptop

Can It run watchdogs and other games at a solid and nice FPS?

I wouldn't bother with any laptop with an 860m in it at this point. It's pretty outdated at this point. I'd be looking for at least a 965m if the budget is low. Also keep in mind that thinner gaming laptops tend to have issues with throttling, especially during a long gaming session.

outdatedness it is not. But it's no longer able to overclock, therefore it is mostly worthless.
