Adobe Premiere Project Loading Issue

So I've been working on a video for a couple weeks, and now when I try to open it, it gives me the error, "the project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type." Then it won't let me open the file. I've been searching around and other people have the problem but I did what they did and it doesn't work. Any Ideas? Thanks!
