K65 RGB Problems?

Hello Forum, 

 

I got my girlfriend the Corsair k65 RGB and she has been running into a problem. 

 

After installing CUE and the the firmware, she informed me that her Q,W,E,R,T and all the numbers do not register whatsoever.

 

Has anyone else gotten this problem, or better yet have a solution to this?
