For future reference, you'd probably want to post something like this here: http://linustechtips.com/main/forum/18-new-builds-and-planning/

But yeah, looks like a very solid rig. However, I'm not sure if that cpu comes with a heatsink and fan. I'd (and probably a lot of others) would reccomend the Hyper 212 EVO: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2

EDIT: Looks like someone moved it to the correct forum.

Wow, that's a great price for an SSD. And I was gonna recommend a GPU upgrade, but I didn't want to increase the price by too much. And unless RG14 plans to overclock, I'd say the CPU he had was a good choice.

ALSO, both of those CPU's do come with stock coolers. I just checked. So no need for the 212, no matter how great it is.

a 240gb+ ssd would be a HUGE improvement, will save you hours in manipulating files, programs, the lot

I agree. I have a 120Gb, and I'm always near the limit, so I'm always moving programs and files to my hard drive. Probably not good for the SSD....
