So I am unsure where to put this so I decided "Maybe CPU would be the best place".
Basically If I load up my PC I need to wait 5 mins before I can do stuff or it just freezes and needs a hard boot. If i game (whitch I do alot of) the PC just blackscreens with the audio still playing (I can hear my CS;GO teammates ask why I am not moving but I cant answer or move). I am ruling out GFX card cuz its less than a year old and its just back from RMA 6 months earlier. I wanna way POSSIBLY RAM (cuz its new) but I am unsure. Any ideas guys? I had XMP enabled but whenever I start my PC my keyboard dont light up (telling me there is no power to my CPU at that moment in time)

My system Specs are:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
Intel Core i5 4670K @ 3.40GHz
16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz (9-9-9-24)(Corsair Veng. 4 Sticks)
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z87-HD3
4096MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 200 Series (ATI AIB)
1863GB Western Digital WDC WD20EARX-00PASB0 SCSI Disk Device (SATA)

Corsair RM 850 PSU

Quick question, does the screen hang for a few seconds then go black, or does it go black straight away?

elaborate?

A virus, driver problem, a program running in the background eating up resources, etc.

I use Advanced Systemcares Turbo boost to close down basically anything that aint needed at the time - even shortcut keys, also do a full system scan when I go to work/college.

Try uninstalling programs you don't recognize and don't need, also try temporarily disabling that thing

Practically Instant man

Not to worry you in anyway but my system has done this before and yesterday (since I'm in the UK) mine crashed again and doesn't boot, so if you can't get an answer here I really do suggest getting checked out by a specialist just to be safe, just look at mine for example (the motherboard may have bricked), But I'm a software engineer not a motherboard designer xD

I uploaded my BIOS about 3 weeks ago.

I am tempted to take it to a PC shop in town I know and just show them.

Only stuff on my PC is stuff I do recognize. Its all so weird.

It works fine then it just shits itself.

It did happen when I got my RAM and upgraded from 12GB Crucial Ballistix to the Corsair but I fixed that by clocking the RAM to 1600MHZ and enabling XMP - least I thought I did
