vlc command line help with replay function

so i have this line that works fine but the only problem im having is that i can't move past the 647 sec mark I've placed normally you can't even if you use the A/B markers in vlc but you could always turn it off in vlc and the be able to move past the mark you placed but how do i turn it of when im using the command line?

--start-time 424 --stop-time 647 --repeat --aspect-ratio 16:9 --started-from-file

it has to start with this replay line but is there a way to maybe turn it off inside vlc once started or is that only available when u use the vlc button for the A/B repeat?
