OwnCloud Server Build

Hi Peps,

 

im looking to build a Server to host a OwnCloud setup running 24/7

 

Ive decided on a MSI J1900I along with 2x Seagate Archive HDD 8TB.

 

Can you guys recommend me a small fanless PSU and a case that fits all these components with no room to spare?

 

Also does anyone know if the MSI board requires separate RAM Dimms or are the included? I cant tell from pictures if the RAM in included or if thats just some funcky ram slot ive never seen before...
