any how, what i did was i found a forced driver installer which actually did the trick.

hi. i have this laptop. every thing is installed, all the drivers. there is this one Base system device, which is still not installed. this laptop has bluetooth, i think. i have tried installing all the drivers from acer website and nothings working.

 

 

can some one help me and tell me what it is? im not an expert i need help i have to sell this laptop soon and need all the drivers installed properly.

 

 

i have gone in the device manager and searched for the Hardware ids of this base system device. here are these

 

my windows is WINDOWS 8.1 Pro

Take the top hardware ID, Copy it and put it in google and you'll find out

this is bull crap, i have tried and installed every thing from acer site. and its still not there. i have bluetooth in this laptop i remember that, but now i have installed both aethros and broadcomm drivers and nothing happens. 

 

 

the first id in the image i posted says its the card reader. i have installed that as well, its still coming as base system device not installed. 

what to do now? its so annoying...
