MSI Gaming Laptop

Hey guys in the market for a new gaming laptop that can play the latest games with decent settings and fps. i have also started a university degree in game design in which we will be doing work with many different engines along with some 2d and 3d animation and rendering so take that into consideration as well

through my research i came across the GT72 Dominator and the GS70 stealth as pretty good laptops for the price 

now i want a laptop that best suits my needs and i couldn't find enough information on the web so i though maybe you guys could help me out 

so the biggest thing is probably the battery life now from what i could tell the Dominator has the better battery being a 9 cell lithium ion battery compared to the stealth's 6 cell li-polymer battery yet all reviews i have seen have said they have around the same life expectancy while under load being around 1.5 hours and normal use around 3.
Another Difference is that the Dominators vram is 6gb compared to the stealths 3gb is that going to make much difference in terms of fps or performance

there are alot of different models of these laptops so ill post a link to them below also im open minded to better laptops which are good deals these were the only two i could find that were decent prices for what they were.
