Cooling Noise Problem

So i bought my new pc recently the case i'm using is a corsair carbide spec 01 and it had a really loud fan so i bought another one a "quiter one".

I did install it and now since 2 days ago it's making the same noise as the old one again i'm getting really dissapointed from this... anyone know what the problem could be?

Could be the mesh over the intake... my sp120s make a horrible wining noise when against a dust filter. Take the front of the case off and see if the noise persists.

Yeah that could be it because when i take off the front panel they sound pretty quiet and i'm using a 120 af now
