Choosing PSU

Hey guys I'm going to build a pc with fx 8320 + xfx r9 290 1ssd 1 hdd and the PSU I choose is http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620mwith only $48 after rebate but will this be enough? WIll I have room for overclocking? I plan on overclock the CPU to maybe 4-4.5 and overclock the gpu a lil bit, nothing crazy.
