200r side panel/airflow question

So I have a 200r and thinking about painting the side panels. I freaking hate the one with the vents on it. Just looks bad to me. I am thinking about buying another solid side panel from corsair's website. Would this have any REALLY negative effects on the cooling of my case?

nope it wouldn't, the side panel vent is for GPUs that need an extra fan blowing on them, buy the soild one you won't notice it
