Upgrade help

Tomorrow I am ordering new parts for my pc. My question is should I spent roughly $642 on new case, led strips, ssd, r9 290x, and z77. Or z75, r9 290x, and a 1440p monitor? I am currently using 1080p 60hz on gtx 660. Reason for mobo upgrade is mine is H61 and I wanna OC my i5-3570k. My case atm is Corsair 200r.

Honestly, drop the led strips, you don't need them and you can put the funds to somewhere else.

 

LED strips are $20 and they were added on at the end. I have two builds created and priced out. One will have them one will not.
