I need a mouse for my laptop! My laptop is pretty cheap, so I can pretty much only play TF2 and Fistful of Frags. Which are good games, but using a touchpad... Yikes.

My budget is around 20$. I much rather have a mouse with a great sensor for accuracy. I don't need much macros or special dpi adjustments. Just a solid fps mouse.
