Looking for free vpn

I need to use a vpn or dns atm just to access twitch.tv. For some reason my isp and twitch.tv dont work together every other site on internet will... I tried contacting twitch they told me to change my dns nothing they can do its not on there end. I contact my isp they say its twitch and there dns servers.

 

I could use google dns but there will be more latency i did dns benchmark and i dont really want to use a new dns for one site.

 

My isp dns: 19 latency

 

google dns : 39 latency

Nothing is truerly free

nor should you trust free vpns

20ms is not that much

and a vpn would add more

Try Ultrasurf, it is a chrome extension/add-on. It is a proxy based solution, it works great to get around school internet! You can also get it as a desktop program.
