Budget Range: ($1000 including taxes) Before / After Rebates ($800-1000)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: (surfing the net, streaming 720p console gameplay on twitch, pc gaming, watching movies)

Parts Not Required: (Monitor, Hard Drive, Tower, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers, DVD Rom)  Just the CPU, Motherboard, Heatsink Liquid Cooling, Graphics Card, Ram, Power Supply

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: (Newegg and Amazon)

Country: (USA, Los Angeles CA)

Parts Preferences: (I’d like to go with an AMD (CPU) and Radeon (GPU) Build since they are usually budget friendly)

Overclocking: (Yes) but I will like to use an auto feature from the Motherboard since I don’t really know how to OC manually or properly

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: (Samsung 205BW 1680x1050) Even if this monitor goes out I’ll replace it with another one with the same resolution

Additional Comments: (I would like to build a PC that can handle smooth 720p streaming on Twitch ( not 1080p) from my console or pc gameplay, and as for pc gaming graphics something that can handle Modern games just on medium to high solid settings, Ultra or Very High quality is not what I am looking for. )

Any Advice or Recommendations is welcomed and very much appreciated.

yeah well radeon suxxx when it comes to performance. Just get a 3770k instead and a GTX650Ti with something like an Asus Z77 board.

For a gaming/streaming build of this budget, a 3770k is a bit impractical.

The 650 Ti is a bad value card. Avoid it.
