Need pc upgarde tips

Hello guys i have a 300 euros (i think 350 or 400 dollar) and iwant to upgarde my pc.

my pc:

GTX 760

I7 4820K

1TO(no ssd)

X79 deluxe

nzxt h440

(i have no good headset)

 

What can i do do better GPU better or headset or SSD or watercooling for overclocking. i can swap motherboard etc.
