So I have a GTX 760 which I've happily had overclocked by (about) +120mhz and it worked great, totally stable, then Precision X updated and it went all wrong, Precision X claims to have reset my overclock after the update, but in programs like Valley it still says my GPU is running at the OC speed, so when I redo my OC everything crashes, I'm not really sure what to trust or WTF is going on, help mee!

Also I uninstalled Precision X and tried Afterburner, same story.

Try reinstalling your drivers and restarting your computer.
