Graphics Card Problem?

So I've been having driver issue after driver issue on my 970, and it would get stuck at its base clocks, so I decided to just go and format my SSD, and reinstall Windows... My base clock is still stuck no matter how many times I reinstall my drivers, and had my first bluescreen on this reinstall last night. I have this and it is the error Windows popped up when rebooting. I remember I would never bluescreen, but after I've gotten it, it just had a ton of driver issues every two weeks, and they would crash once. The second time my computer would lockup, flash a bluescreen for less then a second, then reboot, but this time it did it literally downloading a game and web browsing.

Yes, I'm thinking about RMAing the card, but Asus isn't the greatest with repair RMAs...

Darkman like I said last night in TS, RMA it and get a Gigabyte card this isn't the first report of the ASUS cards being fucked up.

They don't do refunds. I'd probably have to sell it... People who have 970s (even those here on LTT) don't really care that their 970 idles at baseclocks even with 1 or 2 monitors and makes it idle a little hot... It is just irritating sitting at 55-59C idling unless I have my fans on 24/7.

 

Also, the G1 970 with a backplate is overpriced right now.
