After installed gpu, Something appear on screen...

So I had installed a gpu in my system but when I turn on this "testvbios" is appear on the screen although I had try to restart. I took the photo as screenshot cannot capture the symbol.

Btw, I would like to ask after installed the gpu, why my computer will suddenly turn black and freeze after using a while like not more than 20 or 30 mins and every time when I start up a game and the pc also turn black in about 30 seconds.

CPU: i5 4440

Gpu: hd6950

Mobo: asrock h81m vg4 r2.0

Psu: corsair vs550

Ram: 8gb drr3

HDD: 1tb seagate sshd

Flip the bios switch on your hd6950. Should fix the issues or follow these steps to flash the bios to a hd6970. Will most likely fix the issues and also give your card the capabillities of a hd6970.

I had switched the bios switch but the "TESTVBIOS" still appear. And i cant unlock the gpu as it crashed everytime in the process.

Did you buy the card completely new, or did you buy a used one? If you bought it from someone else, there's most likely a chance he messed up the card with flashing, and you can't really use it to game anymore.
