TV Tuner for Shaw Cable

Hello there good people, I was wondering if you guys would advice me on tuners to get (if it is even worth it)

 

With my TV, I have to use a Shaw HD digital box to get all my channels. If I plug the coax cable directly to the TV, I will get only the "Basic" channels. No HD/No premium.

 

So if I used a tuner, a digital tuner, would I get ALL the channels on my computer, or just the basic ones?

 

I'm thinking about getting this:

Would it work with Shaw Cable? Would something else work?

Sooooooo no one answered. Oh well, Linus actually happened to talk about the subject in the last stream. Apparently it doesn't work in Canada.

Shaw Cable does't support TV tuner cards atm... very sad
