overclocking

I'm new to overclocking I was overclocking the cpu now when computer starts there is no picture my monitor works just fine

So, the PC probably doesn't boot. Clear the Cmos and lower the clocks or use higher volts.

I can here it boot no picture and all I messed with was cup ratio and frequency

unplug it, take out the battery that's in the motherboard (google "CMOS battery") for a min, put battery back in, try to change the speed again.

uhmm. at least watch some videos on youtube with your hardware to know where to start.

 

just jumping into overclocking as a noob can destroy your stuff.

cpu:i7-4770k    gpu: msi reference r9 290x  liquid cooled with h55 and hg10 a1     motherboard:z97x gaming 5   ram:gskill sniper 8 gb
