Anyone with a nexus 9 experiencing this issue? With a reboot of the device it never makes it past the lollipop logo, it simple glitches out, hangs and reboots on its own. Also, there is the problem with the WiFi being unable to toggle on and persists till a restart of the device is don't. These two problems combined pretty much renders the device a dead paperweight.

Note: stock nexus 9 5.0.1 32gb WiFi only.

Sounds like you might need to reflash the rom.

Is this really the best solution? My device is pretty much brand new, stock and unrooted.

Also, regarding the reboot loop, it does make it to the home screen but often takes 20+ reboots to go in

Install firmware, if you're on 5.0.2, or download a toolbox and revert to stock rom.

I'm not sure I understand what you said, what firmware? Also I'm already on the stock ROM 5.0.1.

Dunno it seems like an issue with partitions being corrupted, I've had the same issue with my Razr I after it froze during shutdown.
