Save As... turns program into "Not Responding"

Hello All,

 

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this: My "Save As" option in almost every program makes that program turn into a state of "Not Responding"?

 

Please help! Thank you!

Looks like a problem related to your HDD, programs may be having problems accesing your HDD, have you installed anything before this problem started?, are you using an antivirus? if so which one?.

 

I`m not an expert but im trying to help.
