Micro Atx Build?

Anyone got any suggestions when building a Micro Atx? I would just like to build a Micro Atx computer, but I guess when it comes to MATX i'm not sure what's good. Any suggestions on motherboards or graphics cards even cooling if you have any.

How much do you anticipate spending? Do you intend to game and if so at what resolution and what types of games? Will the system be used for 3D design, video editing, etc.? Do you care about noise levels? Do you want to be able to overclock? Are you buying in the US, Papeete, or somewhere else?
