Blue yeti problem

So i decided to borrow a friends blue yeti to test it out but now that i have unpluged it and given it back to him the audio on my computer has stopped working and i cannot get it fixed. I have tried uninstalling drivers and even rollbacked my pc but nothing works.

make sure you set your speakers as a default playback device on the audio manager, i heard windows detects the blue yeti as a separate sound card, maybe thats the problem.
