After getting them for my personal build, I won't ever build without one.

I would get at least a 120GB for OS, Programs, few games and other stuff. Then use a secondary HDD (1 or 2TB or smaller, depending if you're a digital hoarder or not) to store data.

The Samsung 840 is fantastic, and 120GB is plenty as long as you don't have a tonne of programs installed. And trust me, an SSD is one of the best upgrades you can make.

Desktop: Intel Core i7-5820K, Corsair H115i, Asus X99-Deluxe/USB 3.1, G.Skill Ripjaws4 32GB 2800MHz CL16, Zotac RTX 3070, Samsung 950 Pro 512GB in Angelbird Wings PX1, Samsung 850 EVO 1TB, 5*Seagate 12TB, Cooler Master V1200, Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, Windows 10 Pro. Phillips 328P6VUBREB, Corsair Vengeance K95 RGB Cherry MX Brown, Logitech G502 X Plus, Sennheiser HD700.

AYANEO 2S: AMD 7800U, 32GB 7500MHz, 2TB WD SN850X. Windows 11.

Ok will i have enough space? I will install Elder Scrolls online, Windows 8, Leagueoflegends and 4-5 more games, how much GB do i have left do u think? how much gb should i leave so it wont get clugged up with the os

I don't know the install size for TESO or LOL but I doubt 120GB is enough for those two games and four to five more games, plus OS :( You should aim to leave 10 to 15 GB free at all times.

EDIT: What I'd recommend is install the games with long loading times on the SSD, and the rest on a regular HDD. That is what I do. An SSD will not affect game performance apart from loading times, which will improve dramatically.

I meant depending on what seven games you wish to install (of which two are LOL and TESO), there is a possibility that all of them may not fit on a 120GB SSD. But I still recommend you get the a 120GB SSD for OS and some games, and a 1TB 7200 rpm HDD for storage.

Yes, that is what I said before. Install the two or three or four games with the longest load times on the SSD, and the rest on the games on the HDD :)

so is this good

samsung 840 120GB

and 1 TB HDD? 7200rpm

Yes that's fine the combination really doesn't matter. Just choose an HDD of your choice and size of your choice and same goes for the SSD. And yes it's worth the upgrade. I would probably go with a bigger size HDD if i were you though since they aren't event that expensive for how much storage you are getting.

OK, please do a little more research on this forum and others before asking multiple questions over multiple posts. There is a never-ending battle between Western Digital and Seagate. Both are good, just go with whatever gets the best reviews and run with it.
