thermal paste application

I was thinking about changing the thermal paste on my 970 just for fun, is the pea method or rice method fine ir should i use the line method

1. In that case make sure you use non-conductive stuff like MX-4

2. I think the Line is used for GPU's

It's just Linus' favorite. Others swear by collaboratory metal pads etc etc.

 

MX4 is easy to spread, non-conductive, and performs very well

MX4 is easy to spread, non-conductive, and performs very well
