Intel WiDi (Wireless Display) Compatibility Problems.

I recently got a really nice LG Smart TV with WebOS. It's working like a charm, and it's great to stream media from my PC with Windows Media Sharing built-in to Windows 7. But then I stumbled upon a problem. Since the .mkv file type isn't DLNA certified, it doesn't work with Windows Media Sharing. After spending hours to try and find an alternative way to stream non-DLNA certified content to my TV, I stumbled upon the included "Screen Sharing" app. This app utilizes WiDi technology, and therefor only works with an Intel processer. Luckily, my rig runs on an i7 4770K and therefor should be compatible, yet it's not?

I checked up on the requirements, and I have everything needed.

They want me to have a:
Intel Processer - Check.
Intel Graphics Card - Check. (Included in the 4770K, but I have GTX 560ti in the system)
Intel Wireless - Kinda check? I use Gigabit LAN, and therefor work over the same network as the TV, so in my mind there shouldn't be a problem. (I have a MSI GD65-Z87 which uses a Killer Ethernet Port rather than an Intel one)

The only way I see failing, is that:
1. I use Gigabit LAN, rather than wireless. (Stupid)
2. My Gigabit LAN port is a Killer Ethernet Port
3. I don't have the included GPU from my 4770K enabled, and if that's the case, I would like to know how I am to enable it. (Nvdia Optimus for Desktop?)

I think I heard you need an Intel network card for it to work, but someone check me on this, not completely sure.
