I'm very interested in building a mini-itx hackintosh and i really like the looks of the bitfenix phenom, i'll be throwing a gtx 970 in there and since the phenom doesn't have side vent holes i'd like to know if somebody had issues with this case. I'm planning on building a custom loop later, but i will be using the stock cooler while i gather money to buy all the parts (really expensive here, third world problems).

It should be fine.

Its the same build as the Prodigy pretty much if I remember correctly. You should probably invest in a "cheap" air cooler for the cpu.
